What does this mean for Customers?
After 12th February 2025, you will no longer have access to your linked accounts and consents through PhonePe's Account Aggregator.
What steps should you take as a Customer?
- If you wish to unlink your accounts and revoke consents, please do so before 12th February 2025.
- If you've provided consent to any Financial Information User (FIU) via PhonePe Account Aggregator, please reach out to the FIU to provide new consent, as the existing consent will cease to function.
What will happen to your data?
- All your Financial Information Provider (FIP) accounts will be unlinked, and associated consents will be revoked.
- PhonePe will retain data required for regulatory purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- PhonePe does not store your sensitive financial information.
